Behavioural Intelligence

Discipline compounds.
Consistency becomes your identity.

Forge is a behavioural intelligence platform that transforms your habits, training, movement, and emotional state into a coherent, living picture of who you are becoming. It is built on one principle: what you repeat, you become, and it makes that visible.

01

You are your consistency.

Motivation is unreliable over long periods. Writing your intentions down and defining what you will do removes uncertainty and helps transform intention into action. Forge measures how consistently you are following the path you set for yourself.

02

Signals, not statistics.

Forge tracks the fundamental drivers of personal growth: movement, discipline, and routine, turning them into meaningful signals. The goal is not to generate numbers, but to reveal the patterns that explain your trajectory.

03

Observation enables refinement.

Premium analytics reveals patterns like behavioural harmony, training response, recovery dynamics, and consistency landscapes, explaining not just what you did, but how those actions shaped your trajectory toward the life and identity you are intentionally forging.

What Forge tracks

Forge is built around four fundamental data inputs that together form a complete picture of your behavioural life.

  • Steps and Movement: the automatic depiction of your daily activity level. Correlated with your training plan to reveal whether exercise is driving progress or creating fatigue that slows you down.
  • Training plan: your exercise splits and activity goals. The system measures how consistently you follow the path you set and generates a commitment score that reflects the gap between intention and action.
  • Habits: both supportive and challenging. Tracks completion, relapse frequency, and recovery time. Correlates with mood to reveal which routines are genuinely improving your wellbeing and which are making your life harder.
  • Mood: the emotional compass of your journey. If mood consistently trends downward while you stay strict to your plan, the plan may need adjustment. If it improves, your routine is well-calibrated to your life.

What Forge produces

Your data becomes four scores and a symbol of mastery.

  • Discipline score: a daily performance metric reflecting how closely your actions align with the person you are trying to become. Weighted 60% toward habit adherence and 40% toward exercise. Logging your mood adds a flat five-point bonus — the act of self-awareness is rewarded regardless of how you feel. The maximum achievable score is 100 on days you log mood, and 95 on days you do not.
  • Habit score: your willpower score. Bad habits carry a heavier penalty than the reward from completing good ones, because true behavioural control means resisting what harms you, not just doing what benefits you.
  • Exercise score: split equally between your planned workout and your daily step count. Completing your planned session earns the full workout points — an extra session you did not plan maxes one point below, because commitment to your plan matters more than spontaneous volume. Honouring a scheduled rest day scores the same as a perfect training day. The step component adjusts for your overperformance history, so setting an easy goal and always exceeding it no longer inflates your score.
  • Mood: logged on a five-level scale from Very Low to Excellent, with 30 synonym options that add analytical depth to your emotional data. The synonym you choose within each level fine-tunes the numeric value, so 'Defeated' and 'Numb' are not treated as identical by the system even though both register as Very Low.
  • Laurels: awarded on days when both your habit score and exercise score each reach 100%, producing a perfect discipline score. The rarest daily achievement in Forge — a mark that only appears when nothing was left undone.

Premium Analytics

Premium is where Forge becomes something most self-improvement tools never reach: a genuine picture of your behavioural life. The free experience gives you clarity about outcomes. Premium gives you the intelligence to understand them.

Each Premium insight tool is designed around a specific question about your consistency, effort, and trajectory. Together they form a complete analytical layer that reveals not just what you did, but how your actions shaped you.

Day-of-Week Bias

Reveals which days of the week you are consistently strongest and which are your weakest points. Surfaces structural patterns in your schedule so you can understand whether your low-score days are random or predictable, and plan your hardest commitments accordingly.

Training Drift

Detects which planned workouts are quietly losing momentum. Compares your completion rate in the first half of the period against the second to surface the specific sessions where your follow-through is declining — before a drift becomes an abandonment.

Movement Floor

Groups your daily step counts into ranges and shows your average mood at each level. Reveals the personal movement threshold where your mood consistently shifts from negative to positive — not a generic step target, but the specific floor your own data identifies.

Habit Yield

Compares your average mood on days of perfect habit compliance against days of strong or partial compliance. Answers the question your discipline already suspects: does following through on every habit actually shift how you feel, and by how much? The gap, measured in your own data.

Relapse Gap

Measures how long each bad habit slip tends to cascade — the average length of consecutive-slip episodes per habit. A one-day average means slips are isolated. A three-day average means the first slip predicts two more. The number that changes how you manage your highest-risk habits.

Re-Engagement Gap

Tracks how long it takes to resume a good habit after missing it. Reveals whether lapses in your positive routines are brief disruptions or the start of longer drift, and shows how that recovery window narrows as your consistency compounds.

Skip Streak

Measures how many consecutive sessions you typically miss once you start skipping a given workout. A skip streak of one means you return next session. A skip streak of four means a single skip tends to predict weeks away. The metric that separates occasional misses from avoidance patterns.

Iron Days

Days where your discipline held at 80 or above while your mood was negative — the stat that measures fortitude, not just consistency. Anyone can perform when they feel good. Iron Days count the times you held your standard when you did not.

Willpower and Relapse

Premium tracks the patterns behind your failures as precisely as it tracks your wins. The Willpower Leak log surfaces which bad habits you relapse on most often and how much each one is costing your score. The Relapse Gap measures how long it takes to recover after a slip. The Re-Engagement Gap does the same for missed good habits. Over time, watching these numbers shrink is one of the clearest signals that your discipline is genuinely strengthening.

Recovery Dynamics

Training Spark measures what a strong workout does to the following day — comparing your average discipline score after a high-output session against the day after a rest or moderate one. Rest vs Train measures next-day mood after training days versus rest days. Together they answer which type of recovery your data says you respond to, and prove or disprove whether pushing hard today lifts you tomorrow.

Our story

Neuroscience graduate. Lost 18 kilograms. Built a stable income. And still felt completely empty.

Everything looked right from the outside. The work was getting done. The goals were being hit. But there was no anchor. No honest signal that said: you are moving forward, or that what you were doing every day was actually getting you anywhere.

Motivation. Progress. Plateau. Give up. Repeat.

The cycle was familiar. And every app, every notebook, every spreadsheet made it worse in a different way. Some celebrated streaks. Some punished broken ones. None of them showed the full picture: the real shape of your effort over time. They tracked moments. Not trajectories.

After a while they just stacked up in the phone, forgotten. Not because the discipline wasn't there. But because the feedback wasn't honest enough to be worth looking at.

What was missing was a visual. Not a number. Not a badge. A genuine representation of whether you are trending up or trending down, one that holds you accountable when you fail and shows you the exact journey that led to every win.

That question, if anyone else needed the same thing, what would it look like for them, became the founding premise of Forge. Not another habit tracker. Not another streak counter. A behavioural intelligence platform built around one belief: that you deserve to see the truth of your own consistency, rendered clearly enough to act on it.

Forge was built from research, from frustration, and from the conviction that the right data, tracked honestly and shown clearly, changes what people believe is possible for themselves.
